- Basically, a B-record is a Motorola S-record with the first byte changed from
- an ascii 'S' to an ascii 'B', the 2nd byte (record type) unchanged, and the
- remaining line converted into binary.

- S00600....1B becomes
- B0<binary equivalent of 0600.....1B>
